2 days then relapse
I don’t understand how to get past that 2-4 day mark… I go out in public every chance I get, try my best to stay always from dark corners of the house… but it pulls me back in… think I should leave all the lights on until my wife is back from working out? (I already workout twice a day) Im thinking this could be a mental thing.
It’s really easy to be tempted I honestly have only made it that far a few times but I can say that it’s is definitely mental. I would try to do anything that is not your phone like learning a new hobby or skill? Idk keep going man!!!
