Almost a week in, here’s what I’ve learned

Only you can be accountable for yourself. Whatever you do in life, it’s always your fault. Take the experiences you’ve gained and run with them. Flip the switch and make healthy choices and take control of your life I find it easier to quit one thing when you quit many things. For me I decided to flip the switch and lock in. Quit eating like shit on my bulk and quit watching porn at the same time. If the right thing motivates you, (I.E God, a significant other, or your self image) you will be able to take control of your life
This is definitely a great approach. Just a word of warning: if you relapse on one thing, it could be pretty easy to fall back into all of your old bad habits. It’s a mistake I’ve made many times when quitting multiple things at once. God bless you bro 🫡
