Does anyone know of any permanent site blockers

There is a way to block the vpn and there are many tutorials on YouTube and it’s free

If you have IPhone go to the “restricted content” on the screen time setting, make a password you can forget or have someone else make the password

There’s one called Covenant eyes but you have to pay for it. I forget the cost. I have mine set up where if I visit a site it texts/emails(can’t remember which one of those 2) my accountability group too. Not sure if that feature is extra $ though.
