Try your hardest to distract yourself. If it’s late at night, just push through and go to sleep. Don’t look at your phone anymore. Your not just stopping to become a better person, but your trying to become pure of heart. When you fall into lust your gonna have a few minutes of pleasure and then your gonna be back at the start saying “why did I do that why did I do that”. Heck you might even read this and do it later. But that’s the thing, you’re not. Go find some real love in your life. Lover over lust. Do things that are fun that don’t remind you of that garbage. You got this
