You gotta start off with what you want to truly achieve in life if you don’t wanna be much of anything than continue doing what you’re doing, but if you wanna be great and make something out of yourself, one of the pathways to that is going to be letting go of this habit And I think you need to give yourself a bit more credit most people in the world don’t even care enough to think if they should stop or not you’re ahead of most knowing what you’re doing is wrong now you just need to take that next step and start applying it much love❤️🔥🤞🏾
