From the time I first discovered porn at 13 I have never gone more than 3 days without watching it usually it’s been atleast once today and this past year usually multiple times a day I’m 18 now and it has controlled my life and been an addiction for the last 5 years I have never had any significant time where I didn’t view porn and masturbate I have seriously tried to quit dozens of times read lots of books and watched many videos I’m finally going to stop I’m determined this time everything feels different.

I also started at a similar age, although my situation isn’t as severe as yours, I’m starting to notice myself scrolling for hours to find the perfect video, so I’m also trying to stop before it gets worse

I wish you the best of luck man. I started watching porn in like 6-7th grade and have been addicted to it ever since and I just turned 21. I really believe in you man you can quit dont let it control your life. Make sure to enable the content blocker and add the words you usually use to make sure you can relapse. Good luck to you bro.

I’m 27 man at started watching porn around the same time you did. I’ve had times going longer without but always end up back in the same cycle. You got this! Think of me as your future self. It affects your marriage and your sexual relationship with your spouse. You don’t want that. Thankfully I’m not as bad as some but I still see the effects it has on marriage. You’re still so young and I’m sorry this addiction made its way into your life. Quit now and be free from this affliction. Your future self and spouse will be thankful
