I personally use ScreenZen. You can even lock adult websites via the app too. One thing the app does great is that is provides a passcode. So I let one of my close friends make the passcode. So if I want to access anything, I have to go through him first.

I have a screen time app that locks me out of social media in the morning and evening. I can only check it in the afternoon when I’m guaranteed to be busy.
