As tough as it is (Ik I deleted all my socials) you will feel a lot more focused and productive during the day too which is always a plus

I deactivated my instagram. It’s the only social media I have. It’s only been 4 days and I already get more excited seeing my woman because I’m not constantly being visually inundated with thot videos she pictures. I can’t wait to be fully reset. To get excited by the real thing.

It’s gonna suck but you’re gonna have to severely limit or outright delete social media. It’s what helped me a ton so far.
