I’m looking to start going to the gym to both gain some healthy weight (muscle) and to create a good habit. I’m looking for suggestions on what a good 7day/week plan would be to use. I am a basketball player so I’m not trying to super bulk. But I’m a little smaller than I’d like to be. Any advice is welcome. 1 day at a time boys, we can beat this.
