I’d say definitely not— unless you were lucid dreaming. Wet dreams can be a response to starting semen retention, so take is as a sign that what you’re doing is working. Those kinds of dreams should go away over time though. I recently ended a relationship and have had similar dreams. They suck to wake up from. Stay strong and be proud of yourself!
