Fapping without porn?

Nope. As a firm follower of Christ, my personal conviction is fapping is a NO GO just as porn is. In fact sometimes fapping can be worse because it’s physical and teaches your body to fantasize and imagine, which ALWAYS inevitably leads you back to porn or some way to actualize the fantasy. I think fapping means you should reset, if not, my streak would be much higher.

As a fellow man of God… I’m fapping without porn…probably shouldn’t but I’m not Jesus. One vice at a time. 1st conquer no porn and try to keep the fapping to a minimum. fap breaks have helped me build my highest streak. releasing some tension here and there is okay. Again just don’t do it all the time the goal is to minimize fapping. If you can’t then I recommend stopping that as well

Its preference depending on what you believe. I push for complete purity due to my faith in God, as He calls for a put body mind and Spirit, and honestly it’s the best way to go about it. So much energy, confidence, and motivation to become better than you ever thought possible
