Struggling bad. Hit five days and felt it was going great then I relapsed and now I’ve lost motivation. I need to rekindle the fire that made me start this challenge. I’m making too many excuses saying it’s okay to relapse and what not. It’s going to stop right now
Totally know what you mean. Before I downloaded this app, I was doing the same. Trying to stop but making excuses like “oh if I don’t touch myself though, or oh if I just look for 30 seconds to appease the temptation” but that just kept it going. I needed to show up for myself and move past this barrier. You got this. Keep it up, don’t let the relapse stop you 💪
