On day 34. Urges are gone but the flatline is going crazy

Alright fellas. I’m at day 34, my urges are almost completely nonexistent, but I’m in the THICK of my flatline. Tons of depression like symptoms. Low energy and motivation right now as well. When do I start to move out of the flatline? Pretty pumped for 34 days but can’t really enjoy it cause I’m numb from this flatline phase

I’m at 34 days exact! I’ve been insanely depressed idk why. My girl and I broke up too just to add to this. I have no idea what a flat line is but I am miserable. I need to read about it I guess.
