I feel like when you get to a certain point in masturbation addictions it’s done more out of boredom than out of lust, so something i’ve found that helps me is to keep yourself busy, plan things out for the day so you almost have no time or room to fit something like that in. A great book I recommend is atomic habits, this book has strategies that can help build any habit or kick any habit.
