I’m 86 days clean..96% to the finish line on the app. Feels like an amazing accomplishment for me now I haven’t been this far in years when I made it to almost 290 days. I still feel tempted and have urges but I don’t act on them. Instead I ignore them no matter how strong they are. I just lay there in bed doing whatever I was doing and just ignore my urges even though I wanna give in badly. I still can’t respond well to human interactions than a laptop screen. It’s gonna take a long time since I was addicted badly at the age of 10. Literally 10 years..YEARS of my life it’s gonna take a long time for my brain to get normal again but it’s gonna be worth it in the end.❤️‍🩹

One thing I’ve noticed after trying for so long is you will never not feel tempted. It is ALWAYS going to be there, you’ll just find better ways to combat it

That gives me more hope, Im the exact way and started when I was 8. 12 years is enough now but it is hard. Thank you and I hope you stay strong and have an amazing journey now that you’re one step closer to your goal.
