Freedom means new life.

Freedom means new life. The past is forgotten and new options await. We are free in Christ. Gal. 1:6 “I am shocked you are turning away so soon from God - called you to share the eternal life - you are already following a different path.” How often do Christians live this life going from one step to the next only to turn away from Christ? I myself being no exception. Christ has called me to share in his eternal kingdom yet many times I have fallen to the schemes of this world. When will freedom come? When will I not turn from his great mercies? Faith! Faith is the key. For it is through true faith we are saved, preserved, and free from the customs of this world. “I have been crucified with Christ. I myself no longer live, but Christ lives in me. So I live this life in this earthly body by trusting in the son of God, who loved me and have himself for me” (Gal. 2:19-20). Praise God for his love and mercies he has for us. Even when we fail he continues to love and care for us. Praise Jesus Christ.
