Is it better to quit in chunks

Whatever you have to do to not give yourself a reason to binge. I’ve been trying this for 6 years and failed every time. If it’s easier for you to quit porn alone then do that. I’d say focus on no porn only for 3 months, then after 3 months reset the clock and go another 3 without both. It will take twice as long but it’s much better than the years it took me to even get to one week. Everyone’s journey is different and you should do what works for you. If you do it that way, then by the summertime you should be a new person. I’m rooting for you bro
