I feel ashamed.. but stronger

I got to 10 days free as of this morning and have been able to feel a lot of the mental side effects of porn use go away. It’s truly incredible, I never thought I was this capable. But unfortunately, I relapsed. I want to beat myself up, I want to stay down, but I won’t. I’m going to keep fighting
