I keep going around 5 days fap free, then I relapse. I need suggestions on how to get over that 5 day threshold and keep moving forward.

This app is for people who are trying to quit watching porn, but you can still fap, just without your imagination, but try to limit it, do the breathing exercises they give to you, do the pledges, write in the journal, grow your tree, and listen to the podcast, and repeat whatever helps best
If it’s consistently showing up after 5 days, you can do some pattern recognition. Are there specific triggers? Time of day? Emotions? If you can game plan it, you can beat it. When the urge shows up, don’t fight it, just acknowledge it for what it is, an urge, and let it go. It can’t hurt you, it can’t make you do anything, so acknowledge it and let it go.
