It’s tough Max there is no doubt but if your like me and many others on here and want a better life for yourself you will keep trying, even one day or in some cases 1 hour is a victory, build on your wins and remove your triggers from your life as best as possible if you will be continually fooled by them, I know this because I have been the same way and can relate to the struggle
