I failed

Yeah, just feeling down. Had a good streak going, but I ended up watching stuff that was as close to porn as you can get without explicit nudity (Instagram sexual content models). It really just felt the same still. Imma take time to journal about it and build up my streak again. I believe this happened because I broke my screen time when I was bored and sexually frustrated. Yall know any way to ensure screen time is always enforced? I do have passwords I don’t remember but often just “recovery email”
