App reset?

Is there a way to get in contact with the developers? I had no choice but to delete and reinstall the app because literally nothing on it worked. I couldn’t click any buttons, couldn’t see any of the chats, and couldn’t interact with any notifications. When I reinstalled the app, everything is gone - past streaks, current streaks. Everything. I thought there would be some sort of backup feature in this app?
@reign wdym? Literally everything is gone, but it knew I had a subscription when I reinstalled? I reset my current streak but that’s only one part of everything that’s gone. It doesn’t even have my age right and when I change it, it just refuses to work. Very frustrating when I paid for a year.
