Hey Guys, just want to know if any of you also strugle with this because for the last couple of years i became super shy and not willing to socialice with people. This is weird because i used to be very outgoing, but now my head is just empty and full of anxiety! Is this related to porn addiction? And Will i heal if i completely stop?

yes its definitely related, since any type of addiction will cause anxiety and stress. So as soon as you start healing and recover from your addiction you will see improvements in your social life. Stay strong 💪
