I keep on failing myself and relapsing over and over. I haven’t been able to go past 3 days and sometimes not even 24 hours. I dont know what to do at this point to hold myself accountable.

I find other hobbies help me. Like reading, or working out, or praying to help fight off the urges
something that wil really help is being with a friend or friends. Then you will probably not even think about it and you don't have time to do it.
I'd say its ok to have some progress, even if it is not constant. Soon you will be able to resist the urges longer and longer
What really worked for me was working on my reason to quit. Why am I doing this anyway? Think out that reason(s) and type it into the app. Then USE THE PANIC BUTTON when you’re tempted to relapse. You’ll see your reason to quit, which will be really good, and a bunch of other really good tidbits of truth about why you really want to out the phone away and go get your dopamine another way
