Help did I relapse I need to know

So I have been going good on my streak extremely well I am on my 26th day of sobriety but I have just started watching Instagram videos and I usually scroll off when I see you like lust full women shaking their arse but I continued watching until I don’t know what the fuck happened but the sensation came over me. I didn’t even touch my dick or anything and I’m pretty sure that I ejaculated. And I feel like complete shit right now because of that what happens so I need to know did I relapse? Should I reset my counter guys? Help? What do you think?
