I see a lot of yall that have the counter reset to 0 today, but know the fight is not over, it’s apart of the fight. When you’re on the verge of giving in, just ask yourself God, or the guy down there You’re better than this, we know not giving in to the urge feels so bad and difficult to do because your flesh is highly seeking the dopamine addiction, but you need to be in control of you, not your flesh. This is what I learned I was listening to secular music, if you don’t know what that means, music that doesn’t praise God. But the thing is I was listening to people that are the opposite of praising God or the Gospel, they talked about lust and females and guns and upside down crosses even. Although it felt good for my flesh, to hear the ‘good’ music, I had to let it go. Music is super powerful, lust is very powerful, change your ways, control your flesh’s desires by listening to God, your mind. If you know it’s not good, then be strong enough in your mind to lead your flesh away from it. God bless to every single one of you
