Today I broke my 8 day streak(plan for what’s more)
It sucks. It really really really really sucks but hey we get through it. I relapsed once and then once again a couple hours later. It’s alright though. I am planning for the future and learning off of what went wrong here. The thing is I need a better routine for when such thoughts come in my head. In truth, the first 8 days I just wasn’t that horny but what do I do in times when I DO get horny yk? No matter. I liked my 8 days streak so this time I have to go at least double that with 16.
When you get to 16, be careful not to let yourself be tempted, keep pushing
