For all who relapsed (Christian Post)
Good morning to you all, and thank you for taking the time to read this message. To start, I relapsed this morning myself but that doesn’t mean it’s for nothing. Even if you find you are taking one step forward and sliding two back, at least you only lost a step instead of two. Do not allow yourself to sit still and become stagnant, push yourself to be the man God wants you to be! A verse I have been thinking about a lot lately is Matthew 18:9 “And if your eyes caused you to stumble, gouge it out and throw it away! For it is better to be blind in one eye than have two and be cast into Hell.” Obviously this verse isn’t meaning to literally rip your eyes out, but rather to remove what is tempting you, it might be social media, or a friend who sends you things, or a creator you enjoy watching. It all serves as temptation, and the gateway for you to fall into sin. This will be a long journey, and a hard fought one at that. But I ask that you not allow yourself to feel disheartened, you have brothers and sisters who are all pushing for the same goal!
He is the strength, seek him and you shall find him. When you pray that he gives you strength you praying for him. Jesus is our strength
