Because Christ died for you now you need to step up and walk in that grace Find an international christian church around you and join them, there’s an awesome brotherhood and family there to keep you accountable and also there’s a-lot of pure and fun activities to do there

Jesus already defeated it all. The key is just believe it is possible and to think about your future self and how horrible you felt in the past . It’ll always feel easier to give in but finding something to do even if it’s random helps me .

I just had to really take time to figure out what my triggers were. For example I know that I can’t have any social media on my phone. Without fail it leads me down a path of relapse. Learning your triggers can help you overcome your weaknesses.

One thing that i’ve learned from being a christian trusting God reading the bible praying , it can help but unless we want to change for ourselves nothing will change we have to want to change but lust feels so good in the moment it’s so hard
