Struggling since 6th grade

Hello everyone, i just wanna say first that im very proud we can all be open about this struggle. Usually people will just say stop jerking or stop watching porn its that easy, but its nit. Our cousin showed us porn at a sleepover and then it latched on to me like a parasite. Couldnt go 2 days without jerking it. Now at 27, im weening off it, i love this app how the extensions help me not get into the websites because it blocks it but seeing your guys testimonies makes me want to do better.
