Day 2 but it's a bit weird

It's been day two. I am back to the gym and feel better. However I have noticed something weird or something I never used to do before that is when texting with someone let a girl or a boy I somehow direct the conversation towards a girl's pu**y, sex, nudes etc. idk how and why I have started doing this and I never did this before that even I've started to notice this
