Relapsed after 6 days. Isolation is my problem and when I’m most vulnerable. Reading everyone’s encouragement to one another on here helps a lot. Ready to restart and focus even more.

If you can't avoid being alone, see if you can change your environment somehow to make it harder to access. Find a purpose, some project that's meaningful to you, so that relapsing clearly takes you away from something you're urgently trying to do.
