Almost Caved

As someone who has consistently watched porn since the age 11 and have had bouts of cutting it off. This is hard for me. I think this is the longest I’ve gone since then without watching anything and it’s been hard. Today I was so closed to relapsing and just got up. It felt terrible. I made myself get up and just go workout pushing it out of my mind. It so crazy cause I talk about porn like it’s the boogyman. When I’m alone is when it’s the worst but I just try to focus watch YouTube or play some game. I’m going to win this time.
