Interesting tip I recently Received.
I was studying up on addiction behavior, and came across a post of someone talking about their cigarette addiction. Said he smoked nearly five packs a day, and quit cold turkey. The advice was simple; treat today like the last day you’re ever going to do it, then just don’t do it again the next day. Sounds more simple than it is, but that was his advice. Obviously I’m not saying to relapse for anyone here, but if you do, treat it like the last day you’ll ever do it. Then, the next time you have urges, just think to yourself “no, I already quit.” I’m new to this whole thing, but it’s certainly helped me so far. It’s defo one of those things that doesn’t work for everyone though, so be weary. Good luck! I’ll pray for y’all.
I’ll try this out. It’s getting hopeless tho.
