Yes, I've found what works for me is to push myself to exhaustion through the day @ work, then come home have a small meal and hit the gym to get rid of the rest of my energy. I then come home, eat again and make some chamomile + melatonin tea. There is no time or energy for the temptations this way. Nothing good happens past 11-12 at night, prepare yourself and your body to have a good day tomorrow and build your momentum in this way. Good luck my brother I know you are capable, embrace the struggle.
