Fight urges

Today around 7 I got urges to goon, but went to kickboxing and I was thinking that porn is holding my potential. I starting to focus more and have a better concentration. Since watching porn I used to stutter a lot but my stutter is less right know. My confidence raised I talk a lot more to people like today I was talking to a girl at school and had a conversation. I want to know what caused my confidence to raise is it because the stats are raising? or is brain rewiring? Viewing women as sex object that is why I held back. Stay clean!
