Boredom
How do you guys deal with boredom without PMO
Spend as much time as possible outside of your home! I’m in university and I’ll wake up at 8am for classes, then stay on campus until 8pm where I go home to eat and then immediately sleep. I’ll still slip up every now and then, but maxxing out time spent out of your home has greatly reduced it!
I just get comfortable with it and don’t reach out for overstimulating things and mediation helps so when I really feel it I do meditation or try to keep myself busy and do something productive there’s a saying I heard that I like it’s motion creates emotion so if I just sit there on my phone bored I’m gonna feel it but if I get up and workout I’ll feel better you know
I couldn't agree with Gavin more. privacy will be your worst enemy when you're bored when trying to quit this addiction.
Do literally anything to put yourself in a location where that’s not possible. Go on a walk, to the gym, a library, I don’t know…. Anywhere where you can’t just whip it out and start going to town on yourself
