My biggest help

This journey is definitely gonna be harder than I thought😅. I almost relapsed today but for the first time I was able to control it a bit more and remembered to actually come back to this app and I hit the panic button it helped a lot another big help today was my cousin she’s been there for me always so it’s good to know I can open up to her and I just told her about my journey to quit and just before I started masterbating and right after I hit my panic button she called and it stopped me this community is also a really big help and an amazing support system and I’m glad to have found this app not only that but I’m also subtly inching back towards my dependence on god which is also something I’m working on I noticed that in the back of my mind I was praying so I believe with this community this app and god I will overcome this addiction and fully achieve my goal.
