Anxiety when alone

Hello guys. I’ve been in this journey for 6 months now. I’ve been clean for 2-3 weeks at the time, sometimes longer sometimes shorter. I always relapse when I feel lonely and when my girlfriend leaves for work trip or whatever. She knows about my addiction. She not aware of the loneliness part. Anyone else struggling with this that can help me out?
