Help

I went to my trash bin on my computer and I saw porn videos still on there. I got out of it as fast as I could, and the only thing I wanna do right now is go back and watch them. It’s so hard for me to make myself empty the trash bin. Every time I try to remind myself how shit I felt watching porn, it doesn’t work. I can only remember how good it felt. Someone please help me
