Is anyone else just irrationally pissed off all the time since starting their streak? I’m on day four and my 4 year old and my wife have both just been on my nerves. To the point where I have to walk away. This has to be a withdrawal symptom right?

Recognize it, purposefully give the people around you more grace, and lean into the process. It takes some time, but it evens out and you feel like a much cleaner, more even-keel you on the far side
Yes. Deal with that feeling by remembering that a lot of the reason you’re trying to quit and that you will quit is for those people in your life. Satan works to try and get us off track any way possible. And one of those can be resenting our closest loved ones.
