So I had a major life altering experience back in 2023 and after I got home I had no urges or anything. The devil preyed on that and I ended up becoming addicted to porn again. I found this app and decided I wanted to quit for good. I haven’t had good success so far. Longest stretch was 5 days. However for me masturbation is kind of like stress relief. It’s a natural thing that you do. Porn however is different. It’s destructive, unhealthy, and not something God likes us to do. My goal is to quit porn. If masturbation goes with it then cool. If not, no big deal. All this to say I don’t think you’re fooling yourself. If the porn side hasn’t been touched you’re going strong.
Depends on your goals, I guess. I’d mark it off as deluding yourself, but that’s just my take.
There is no context in which less porn isn't good, and changes don't happen overnight. Do keep at it
