I don’t know who’s gonna see this but if you can, can anyone share some advice if something similar happened to you. I had an 18days streak of no porn and fapping but unfortunately it came to an end few hours ago. During those 18days I felt so joyful and engaged more with people also worked out more. Now I just feel like I can’t do it anymore like I don’t even know how to start from the beginning. God is with me and anyone going through this 😮💨.

no, it was my fourth and it was my highest streak since i started watching porn 10 years ago, other streaks I couldn’t exceed day 4 or day 5
