The reason I got om this app is because i've been dealing with porn addiction for a while and I do it quite often but after I genuinely just feel like a loser looking at myself. I'm gonna do my best to quit especially because i'm in a serious relationship right now and I need to improve. The whole reason I started watching porn is because my brother showed it to me when I was kind of young, like before I even hit puberty and he got me hooked on it and I would just keep on doing it over and over. It's gotten bad where I masturbate twice a day and I know I need to stop.
Im starting to quit for similar reasons. This past weekend made me realize how bad my addiction really was. I also thought about my girlfriend. Her and i were watching instagram on my phone a few months ago and all that kept coming up were all the models that i followed. I even tried to justify it. You can do this
