How can I completely block the temptation?

Between week normally I do well and I’m not really tempted to open it but when I finish early and I’m bored I can’t resist to start again, I use to watch it on my phone but now it’s only on my laptop and I want to block it completely

Identifying your triggers is a main one. If it’s when you finish early? Find something else to do during that time frame. Pick up a new hobby to insert during that (like jogging) and it’ll complete 2 objectives. 1. Gets you away from your trigger location. 2. Uses up that testosterone so you don’t feel so riled up afterwards.

You can’t completely block the temptation, you have to understand and acknowledge the temptation as just that. Part of the recovery is understanding the urge and why it is there. When you get the urge do pushups, sit-ups, or go on a walk/run
