It’s really crazy how time flies. It’s cliche but I remember struggling to finish 24 hours. Though I have definitely felt so many positive effects such as better focus, better erections, increased and increased confidence. I still get the urge to relapse from time to time. What has really changed is my resilience and will power. Now I have the power to resist temptation. I know my mind is playing tricks on me. Stay strong brothers it’s possible. Don’t take any day for granted.
