So I just subscribed, I’m not sure if all the notifications are legit that people are like posting but screw it lol. I want to change, I imagine there’s not a program like AA so this is probably the next best thing.. my goal is to be open free for a month, then after see how much longer I can keep going.
I just subscribed about a week ago and I can’t recommend it enough, even having one more reason to not do it makes a huge difference! Also the relapse panic button is a life saver
If there was a program or something that worked “100%” of time porn addiction wouldn’t be that big of an issue- but it is and like you I’m very skeptical of this app but we’ll see what happens. I’ve been off porn for 2 days so we’ll see.
