1. Identify Triggers (loneliness, boredom, stress?) and replace them with productive habits (gym, reading, learning a skill). 2. Cold Showers - Helps reduce sudden urges. 3. Accountability Partner - Confide in a trustworthy Muslim friend who can check on you. 4. Sleep Early - Many sins happen at night (Isha to Fajr is a vulnerable time). 5. Dua for Protection - "Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min munkarat al-akhlaq, wal-a'mali, wal-ahwaa' (O Allah, I seek refuge in You from evil character, deeds, and desires)." (Sunan At-Tirmidhi 3591)
