I feel like crap
I did it again, 2 times in a row today. I just downloaded this app 2 days ago but it hasnt really been working. Maybe its because taking the first step isnt as easy as i thought itll be... or maybe I haven't really explore this app enough yet. But I've just been so busy and stressed out, which was probably what made me gave in... Any suggestions on what I can use on this app besides the "panic button"? Or what do you guys find most helpful in general?
Keep checking in every day Post reflections and responses in the community I only have been here a few days but just saying how I feel and knowing maybe someone is listening helps tremendously. We are also all a community and we are all going through the same fight and that makes me feel a lot better about not even watching that shit.
