Watching without acting

I watched and managed to put it down. It’s still eating me up. I am nine days clean and want to stay free. It took me like 30 minutes to finally put my phone down and honestly, I don’t even know if I was paying attention to the time. I’m glad that I didn’t commit, but I still feel terrible. Any thoughts on this?
